Components / Materials:
A long pole for the middle, a platform to position the router, a velcro fastener to fix cans elements to the pole, zip ties to fixate.
Necessary Tools:
Scissors, maybe drill
Estimated Time:
30 min / 40min
Imagined Context:
Groups gathering at local bar / home
Intention:
The internet takes such a big part in shaping identity + expecially collective identity. The idea that local cultures and subcultures can evolve digitally and independently sounds like a future worth exploring.
Process:
People gather around a table, so I wanted to make a centre piece where people talk, drink and meet around.
Problems Encountered:
It is hard to connect the parts properly, it is not meant to be transported.
How Easily Reproducible is It?:
Medium.
