Electrical junction box, plastic tubes, neon lightbulb, carabiners / zip ties.
Necessary Tools:
Scissors, drill.
Estimated Time:
1 hour and 30 minutes.
Imagined Context:
Communitarian village / small community network. Close to a window.
Intention:
Materializing information transmission — when the router transmits / receives data the neon lights up.
Process:
Router in an electrician box, the neon + plastic tubes stick out of the box. The antennae go into the plastic tubes and can be placed out of the window, even far from each other.
